Howdy Lucas- what a nice addition to the toolbox. Having a tractor really is a game changer for the homestead. Glad you have it. Enjoy. God’s blessings to you
Thank you Paul, it has taken many years to save for. So far I am delighted with how capable it is, despite it's small stature. It does mean I can build timber houses here, if I don't get any other work. God bless you brother.
I really wish I had a good excuse to buy a small tractor like this, they look like so much fun. I don't own enough land for it to make sense.
You could hire one to get the fun bit, but not be stuck with it when the novelty wares off.
You need a bigger bucket for the snow ❄❄❄ L o L
This winter I will be using the snow blower, hopfully. Thanks for watching.
Whats the type of gravel youre spreading? It looks like a very fine grain.
I think it is 20-50mm, it is more or less self compacting. But without looking at the invoice I can't be sure. It was what was recommended by the Quarry.
Hi, I am thinking of buying Captain 263 with a front loader, however from what I heard from many diferent sources is that even though they offer 500kg front loader for this tractor it cannot handle such weight. I mean the loader itself could handle it on a bigger tractor but due to the small weight and frame strenght the tractor itself can lift a lot less than 500kg. Can you please confirm where is the truth? Thank you very much!
My loader lifts 250kg and it easily lifts the back of the tractor off the ground when lifting say a log of about that weight, even with 250kilos on the back three-point lifter. It seems well suited to the size and strength of the tractor, I would not want a stronger lifter. I would have to load the back end with 500 kilos to use a lifter of that strength and that is the maximum lifting power of the three point system. I like the margin of strength the 250kilo loader seems to give, it is well suited to the size of the tractor. I have used the lifter for some digging and log lifting and it has not bent or distorted, or broken the frame, even used at the limit of the strength of the lifter. But I don't have any experience of comparison, so I could be wrong.
I like ❤ when I want that machine in Uganda
They are available in Kampala as far as I can tell. Thanks for watching!
