you can't compare both chipsets with a different MIUI region.
We can see that VD (dimensity) is running on a MIUI CN (china region) whereas VS (snapdragon) is running on a MIUI G (global).
As someone who builds custom MIUI systems for Redmi Note 7, I can testify that MIUI CN is 100x times faster and efficient compared to G on a same device and chipset.
We need to use the same operating systems to be able to compare them, otherwise everything would be false.

In 10 pro you on game turbo mode so it s slow in 11pro u turn on game turbo mode I tested both are same time ( if game mode is on in the app it will not start first the game turbo mode will boost up the app and only the app will open)
