hello, am observing Kiran MAdam Since 98, and 2014 onwards the biotech industry as well, i have not seen much support and encouragement from govt. hope in future this field gets all it needed as IT India so that it will give platform to new era of Biotech sector.

But remember it is her common sense !!! Not just common sense of a commoner !! These are people with inborn talent. Next thing is the presenter says she did not go to business school or posses any MBA degree. Well, my take is: An MBA degree to be a successful manager is thing of the past century !! In 21st century you have to be subject matter expert first and master of your domain. Next, hunger in your belly to be successful not just hungry but actually ravenous. If you have these two combination and willing to put sincere hard work no one will be able to stop you !!! You can see the similar kind of traits in many businessman. For example Jack Ma.
