A simple heal is enough as long as you have a little PDEF. Barret and Lucia are far from 10k HP.
The strat here has Aerith as the main damage dealer, Lucia as a supprt DMG/Debuffer, and Barret as buffer/healer.
Aerith is strong enough to get rid of the adds with 2 Helical Flames as long as she has a MATK buff, even if they do not have debuffs.
At OB10, maybe even OB6, her Helical Flame is actually stronger than her Snowspell even if there is a Ice imperil, which make it the prime attack when you mustn't use Ice.
