For those who are stuck on getting the last one, if you completed the Kelp Forest level there's a button available to activate the bubble surfboard across the street from the Chum Bucket near the monsters.

On the arch there is a unicorn, so this means you have to complete the task with unicorn and not with simples sea horses

The issue was the surfboard to the left from the Krusty Krab.
Hit the purple button, jump on the surf board and jump into water, wait for timer to run out, hit button again and finish before time runs out. Worked for me. Credits to My Gaming No Life for posting this under a different video.

Yeah me too I only have 8 and I’ve been to every area playing on iOS
I think there’s a glitch because when I go to the one on top of the chum bucket it acts as if I didn’t kill or succeed so it won’t give me the sticky note
its doing this for me too, did you ever find a fix?
One of my spots are glitched because I did this 1:1 and one of them won’t unlock and can’t figure out which one and I’ve done this shit at least 2x over
For the first one, you forgot to include the button you got to push to activate a bubble surfing section in order to get the note.
Where is the button? And can i collect the sticky notes when im at the beginning of the gamme or when i make progress?
@imyxsmin just approach the water near the uphill spot where you grab the page. Theres a purple button and requires you to invisible surf there and back around to get the page to appear
How did you guys get the reef blower?
You have to beat the glove world level then it appears if I remember correctly
I did this multiple times and still am at 8/9 notes. I followed every step I did everything in the video multiple times. This was the last thing I needed for 100% completion so I'm stuck at 99%. This game is absolute trash. The repeating voice lines gives me constant headaches too. I regret buying this piece of junk.
for me, the seahorse one wasn't working, but I found out you have to ride the pink unicorn seahorse specifically

Im playing on the switch i got 8 out 0f 9 amd i cant find the last one i fallowed rhe vid but it only made it 8 for me not 9
