the amount of effort you continuously put into every single meal warms my heart and soul as much as your food warms the unhoused’s stomachs/hearts :,) i hope more people take the time to give like you. i’ve been in their shoes and i know i can never forget each act of kindness i experienced. it makes me emotional to know someone cares this much to continue to show up.

Noodles on their own don't have any nutrients but if you add all those toppings on it then that give it nutritional value.......I heard if people make noodles at home then they need to have it with other food like you did and not just the noodles by themselves.
