De Koop somethings are a bit diffrent, you have to manualy reboot the phone when it`s done wiping the data. and also: the samsugn logo doesn`t glow when rebooting it rather gives a nice art effect you``ll see what I mean by that when you do this yourself.

I have updated to kit kat 4.42 recently on my note 3. After the update, everything works well and normal except the screen lock. I used the screen lock secured with password. It turns to be very slow and lag the moment I key in the password n it took like almost 5 - 10 seconds to key in one number. After the unlock of the screen, everything works well. Mines is a different galaxy note 3 but the reset worked just had to remember to power it off.
