Ingredients for this recipe -
अलू की पुरी
आलू (मध्यम आकार​) - २, उबले हुए
अदरक - १ इन्च​
लहसुन - ७ से ८ कलियां
हरी मिर्च - १, बडी कटी हुई
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच​
सूखी लाल मिर्च के फ्लैकस - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
धनिया के पत्ते - १ चम्मच​
आटा - १ कप
खाद्य तेल - १ छोटा चम्मच​ + तलने अनुसार​

Potato (medium size) - 2, boiled
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 7 to 8 cloves
Green Chilli - 1, chopped
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Edible Oil - 1 tsp + to deep fry
