I’ve had many issues also, the sprocket had to be pounded out and had to purchase the right tools to do it. The sprocket in the kit will not fit between the shaft and chassis. The kickstand sensor will not come out without breaking. There supposed to send me a new sprocket that fits, some sting frames are made differently. Ebikezilla would not let me return it because it considered used. My biggest complaint is they changes on the bikes and sell the same parts for older models and the consumer pays the price.
Dude that sucks man about your kit it's almost better to not have it but for us we need it. I was going to say take off a link but like you said it would make it to short. How's your Talaria with the reverse were you able to fix it ?
I contacted ebikezilla and they said they never hear about this problem before. But they sent me new controller right away and I sent them my old one for testing. So I'm good now. Also I contacted kaniwaba and they said talaria modified frame few times, that's why it not fit perfect. So made hole for top bolt on pedal brackets bigger and now tension is good and chain is not touching the frame. Did you unscrew bolts on swing arm?
@@armyca That's wicked Ebikezilla sent you a new controller so most likely it was the controller then glad your Talaria is good man 👍 I did not know that so all talaria stings are different in the frame that explains why I have to take the swing arm off dude that had me worried when your chain was cutting in the frame part and yea I'm still struggling with it I don't have anything that I could use as a breaker bar might have to ask the owner of the building to help or probably just leave it but I'm still going to keep trying tho one day I'll get her off 😂

Exactly... I remove rear swing arm to put sprocket... Stand sensor was seized, so i destroyed it and ordered new one... ;

@@S416RE you can go to any garage and ask for help just to loose bolts, its free and will work for sure ;)
The way they designed the tensioner by just having a sloppy hole is junk.
Dangerous. That bolt will cause the chain to snap.
