I believe the final two competitors will be Naomi and Bayley. I think Naomi should win because being the first to hold that title would significantly enhance her legacy, while it wouldn't add much to Bayley's, in my opinion. Bayley is already the first women's Grand Slam champion and the inaugural WWE Women's Tag Team Champion with Sasha. She doesn't need to be the first to win the United States Championship as well.
