okay, I'm honest, I've never been a huge fan of Danny, but his music introduced me to Gabber. I thought I'd give this interview a shot, to learn about his stuff, about his approach in music and I got a pretty cool short termed inside, like doing voice memos, gotta put that on my record.

As a fairly new fan of Angerfist, about a year now, this interview was very eye opening for me. The guy seems so cool and genuine for the type of music he makes. This made me more of a fan of his. So sad I missed his set at Beyond Wonderland SoCal a few months ago! I really hope he’s at EDC next year!
The absolute enthusiasm and passion that's palpable throughout the interview. That's why this man's still on top of the game. Also his playfullness, excited vibe and mad mixing behind the decks at Defqon.1 last Saturday... Simply amazing! Hope to enjoy it for many, many more years to come 😁
I only like a few tracks from Angerfist, that connect with my preference of melody and kicks. But among those, they are my most favorite tracks, that make me cry nowadays. Love millenium
Just wanted to share my heartfelt gratitude. My journey into hardstyle began with Angerfist even that all started from Hardcore🎧.I was listening to Angerfist 24/7. It was his music that ignited my passion and inspired me to start producing. I fell head over heels for the hardstyle sound 💖, and since 2008, I've been dedicated to creating my own beats. I've produced a lot of tracks and even done tons of ghost productions 👻🎶. Thank you, Angerfist, for being the spark that lit my musical fire!🔥
Started to listen to Angerfist back in 2004, and never looked back. 20 years later and I’m very happy to finally say I saw his set at Beyond Wonderland in Los Angeles. Did not disappoint
For the DJ tips and the part of dont be asshole. I am from Bulgaria, Angerfist visited us few times and I have a tattoo of him on my chest after the first party here. He truly makes sessions with fans, Noize Suppressor also. Both are great guys, they make sessions, talk to fans, different characters though. Noize Suppressor is more chill guy, latino you know. But both are great. I have photo with both of them too :D For conclusion , great artist, great interacting with the fans! Angerfist and Noize Suppressor the real superstar models that everyone should follow!

Angerfist really is THE diamond in the rough. While hard music may not be a tenable option for all palettes, those of us with open minds and hearts absolutely love it. And just like all art forms, it is always very obvious when you look at a painting or hear a song, the intention it’s self is what makes one a masterpiece and another distasteful. In the case of Angerfist, it is blatantly clear that hugs productions come from a place of passion and good intentions. He has not released a single work that was just made to simply fill a void. His music is excellent, and of the highest tier in terms of quality, intention, technical savvy, and artistic flexibility. I personally am a huge fan of his and thank him tremendously for all of his hard work and dedication and passion over the past few decades. Honestly man, we have never met, but I know you are a great person because your personality and character shines thru each composition and mix you create. Thankyou Mr Angerfist, and I wish you the best of luck in life and in music man!
That was a very interesting interview and I was happy to see a few private insights behind the mask of my big hardcore idol. There is actually an extremely sympathetic guy behind it. What you produce is absolutely high quality and they are tracks that you often want to listen to without forgetting them after listening to them once. I like the classic structure of the tracks where a gloomy atmosphere slowly builds up, then comes a short break and then the explosion. I was particularly attracted to the shrill and screaming tones. With Freddy I had the goosebumps of my life and I completely freaked out. I couldn't get this scream out of my head for days. I thought I had to go to a psychiatric clinic. Thanks for that 😂🙏🏻 In the meantime, unfortunately, more is being produced in quantity. Tracks come out, where just a lot of different piep and zaag kicks are lined up without melody, drama and tension. You listen to the track and think something has to come, but you get disappointed and think, what was that now?! I hope you stay the way you are and make us happy for many more years with your dark, acoustic art. By the way, since you also like Hard Tekkno, you absolutely have to keep an eye or ear on DJ Carv. I could imagine a wild collaboration with both of you.
I was there from the beginnjng at lower school in the Netherlands. download his tracks from lime wire!! Hell yeahh.. i am 30 now and still listen mega mix daily before training !!!❤
Was there when he was in his prime with Minne (Mc Prozac). I am talking about 2005-2008 when he played his best hardcore songs ever: stainless steel, dance with the wolves, yes, my critic fetish, take u back, cannibal, the fastlane, loser. Death mask is also a fantastic one. The party's where he had live acts where fantastic (Defqon 2006, Nightmare 2005, nightmare outdoor 2006, Hard bass 2005 etc.). Peep kicks nowadays are so fucked up and soulless. For example Partyraiser totally destroyed his nice and special style from back in the days. Have to say Angerfist doesn't use these 'kicks' too much, but his style back then was way more special if you ask me.
