His apartment was a nice but neglected apartment which was fun to play in. But I would like to see what your version of his apartment would look like.

Like Don Lothario would have this romantic red or leopard print apartment that's full of candles so he can bring the ladies in and have a good time every night. Malcolm Landgraab would more than likely have that penthouse next to Diego Lobo that's huge and modern with those big windows. Plus, call me crazy, but Penny Pizzaz's apartment does not really fit her. It seems like there's not enough character and the vibe she gives off in the apartment she has now.
I love this you should do a series of Teens to Young Adult Real Estate Builds, like dont limit yourself to just Cassandra and Malcolm do all the teens or a few more from the different sims world as they leave High School Years and transition to University
Question about the wall from dining room into living/kitchen area....I see you didn't delete the wall after adding the pillars and such, will sims walk through that? Like is it functional or does wall need to be deleted? Really really love this set up and the idea! Just curious:)
Greige is boring. Color can be mature and sophisticated, btw. Just because you're an adult doesn't necessarily mean you have to choose neutral colors such as black or gray or cream. Ik it sounds like I disliked the build lol but I absolutely love it and would like to have in real life! I only wanted to point out that color is not just for kids and teens. Adults can decorate with color!
