Hey Coach, I purchased Speed Code for my son this past summer. Would you be able to take a quick look at his technique from a clip of him sprinting during his soccer match? Thank you!
hey there coach, just wanted to know why you place an emphasis on 80-85% foot contact during the A series. I was confused when u said that coz sprinting happens on the balls of the feet , so wont placing an emphasis on full foot contact during technical grooving transfer negatively to on field performance? love the content ! so informative, thank you so much for posting this
I think it’s because it’s more explosive off the ground when majority of the foot hits. It’s more a mental shift that when sprinting, transfers better than being told to run on our toes.
This is straight free knowledge bombs
appreciate it Curvan!
