    hey there coach, just wanted to know why you place an emphasis on 80-85% foot contact during the A series. I was confused when u said that coz sprinting happens on the balls of the feet , so wont placing an emphasis on full foot contact during technical grooving transfer negatively to on field performance?

      I think it’s because it’s more explosive off the ground when majority of the foot hits. It’s more a mental shift that when sprinting, transfers better than being told to run on our toes.

    My hips seem ok but my lower legs and feet feel sloppy
