    I noticed that all my favorite beginner tutorials are from you. Thankyou for making it truly beginner friendly. You introduce new techniques and explain how to do them as opposed to some other tutorials where they expect the viewer to already know what a double crochet means for example and that moves to fast for me.

    Thank you for this tutorial! I love your teaching style, you really go slowly and make sure to show us where the new stitches should go. I have a question though… when my butterfly was done and i turned it over to the back, i notice that the left upper wing is connected to the body with chains, and the upper right wing is connected to the body only with this bare thread (no stitches). Did i do something wrong? Is there a way for them to be uniform?

    my first one didn't turn out so great lol but what if the different color yarn you use asks for a smaller hook? do you switch the hook and then go back to the size you started out with when you switch colors? (I'm new to this)

      FORGIVENESS ISFREEDOM use a thicker yarn & a larger size hook than what yarn calls for. I’m using red heart with an H hook (5.0MM). Finished Butterfly is from biggest wingtip to wingtip, 4”. From top to bottom is 3”.

    • @annaroseannadanna1
      @annaroseannadanna1 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hope u don’t mind...I’ve changed ur pattern off a bit to suit my taste. I SC the last stitches (I used 4), Sl St to inside round one, SC 5 & Sl St to beginning DC. Then I cut my yarn, using black I connected with Sl St to center of first round & finished off the body exactly as U explained. It’s beautiful. W/O that 2nd ch 5, the Butterfly looked kind of lopsided to me, lol. Will go post a pic on ur FB page.
