Very informative thx for posting. I just purchased one of these before Xmas & was upset to have an F2E1 error code within the first few days of hooking it up! Just a little disconcerting when you pay that amount of money for an appliance & it immediately has a problem. Sure it's still under warranty, but I remember wondering how well the electronics hold up on these units while shopping for one. Expensive to replace once the warranty expires. I decided to hold off on calling service as everything except the 0 key worked properly. Tried a few resets including tripping the breaker for cold restart. The problem returned several times but it's now been a week or so without an issue, all keys work. Thanks for pointing out the key strokes to enter self diagnosis & fault codes. I just went through the steps & reset fault codes, self diagnosis shows everything is fine. Fingers crossed it lasts lol. One thing I noticed in your video when you pulled the plug on the range, The orientation looks like the ground prong is at the top. I'm in Canada (BC) & the electrical code for 50 amp range receptacles requires that the ground prong be either at the 3 or 9 o'clock positon, not top or bottom.
Thanks for making this video. That airsled is awesome. I'm having the same error code on my JennAir dual fuel range. The control board was replaced and we still have the same error. The oven will head up to 500 but eventually this error code will pop up. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks.
If I remember correctly. You need to press the cancel 2 times and then right away press start , it will take you to diagnoses after that you can press number 3 and 6 or I think it’s 3 and 9 to scroll thru until you see clear code .
Hello Hameed my keyboard was giving beep sign constantly then I try to do diagnostic by my self as you showed on the video but only saw the F2E1 so I didn’t understand any thing so press the cancel key
Good day! You need to ask someone handy person in your house to open the unit apart and check the cable maybe it’s loose or not connected properly it could be bad control board or display touchpad .
Good afternoon hameed I called handy man he said because I cook almost every day that’s why my control panel messed up I don’t know what to do every thing is working fine except that beep which comes sometimes and it is very annoying please guide me what to do
Why don't these clown oven manufacturers waterproof the electronics? I left something in the oven for 15 minutes after finishing and it was enough for the vapour to get into the touchpad and break the damn thing.

Hello. Thanks for the video. I'm wondering what have you used to move the range?
AirSled or just normal plastic sheet . These units are very light to pull out .
