And he is one of the first people to ever be nice to Daniel Park and also help him lose weight and get stronger. (Current) Vasco's full power is still a mystery as he hasn't revealed everything he has in his arsenal. He still has 3 moves to show after skill 9 being revealed against mandeok and skill 1, skill 4 being revealed against Eli. All this are easy to miss as these forbidden skills doesn't really pique anyone's interest that much to keep a track of. I suppose skill 2 is his strongest skill as brekdak mentioned skill 1 is not actually a skill. So can we say he was holding back a bit during his fights. This would be logical as vasco doesn't fight to win, rather to teach them a lesson. (Current) vasco is way stronger than we think and his training with brekdak isn't over as vasco had short hair when he was training for skill 1 (RH).
(Btw I started analysing all this when I was searching for Vasco's weight and came across the forbidden skill list on his wiki fandom.)
Vasco reminds me of Goku in the sense that he is constantly looking to surpass himself to be able to beat stronger and stronger enemies and therefore better protect others.

Eli stated that the only reason he could fight basement hulk was due to the terrain and if i remember correctly he also stated 1 blow would've been enough to knock him out. So it could be argued vasco isn't as far off.

Jin Jang in Questism has straight As. Jake said Huang Ho and executives are crew head level and way stronger than likes of Jin Jang and Old Face. Vasco pre training can’t even get pass Huang Ho. So he’s gonna get folded by Ma Jeongdu pre training. Allied Vasco should show a great power clashing with Ma Jeongdu.
