Region 3 is located in Central Luzon, Philippines, and is composed of seven provinces: Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, and Zambales. The people in this region are friendly, hospitable, and hardworking. They are known for their resilience, as they have survived various natural disasters that have hit their region.
Region 3 is also known for its delicious food, such as sisig, which originated in Pampanga. It is made from pig's head and liver, seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers.
