Awesome videos and great how two videos. I’m going to get my exb 8s Monday so have been looking at all different videos came across your channel and all I can say is wow. I like how you go in depth and state what your running with pinion changes and stuff. Wish I seen this channel when I built my 6s exb. Also glad your using all spectrum electronics like I do. My 6s I’m running the 2050 kv and 15t pinion and love it. Now on the 8s are or did you have any over heating problems? What punch level are you running on your 8s? I run 6 on my 6s and this is my first 1/5 scale so kinda new to this. Thanks in advance for any information and keep coming with the great videos!!!!!
Thx buddy... I'm running punch 9 on my kraton 6s xl exb 15t pinion.... on my kraton 8s exb I'm running a 27t pinion with stock spur. Punch is at 5 (max) I've also got half ear plug and half 20mil in center diff. I've also increased the bec voltage to 8.4v to give better steering.

Great bash session Tahir . The bigger cars look so good out there . Great decision to get upgraded hinge pin blocks . The standard stuff is not up to the job at all . So was it the bolts or the wing mount itself that broke ?
Hi Claire 👋 sorry for the late reply...its been an hectic day. Yeah so happy I got the crcu hinge pins... its making the car fun again 👍 unfortunately it was the wing mount that snapped. I've broke a few 🙁 need to really find an alternative... although I could just not bother.

@@inspiredrc the wing mounts can be so fragile esp as the weather cools down .
I’ve seen other TH-camrs running without one but the body suffers 🤷♀️

Yeah you right. I find mx tracks near me have massive ruts which throw the cars all over the place. This place is alot smoother...just got to make sure there isn't any bikers around. Lol
