Mr Rajeev Mourya is a very good human being.. i still remember when I first went to the showroom with my family after work at 7:00 p.m. right about closing time of the showroom to enquire about brezza vdi and he greeted me with a smile and showed extreme courtesy.. he made my car buying experience simple and smooth that my family's next car was also delivered by him... Very bad experience at competent delhi.... I booked brezza in oct 22 not provided till aug 2023...now smart hybrid not coming.... How ever if u can gv sm in form of accessories/ so called black money or scrap car in exchange... Sure they wud hv provided u. Ghor kalyug.

On a ground reality basis, Maruti provides the most pathetic service of all other competitors like Hyundai and Tata. Honda is way ahead. People writing and appraising here seems to be biased only. I have a brezza, and I know ground reality of Maruti service.
Its dealership which made service good or bad whether its tata or hyundai or maruti ...main point is how company react to customer complaints.......maruti is so strict about customer complaints ...you file complaint at 10pm night and their quality manager contact you within 15 min........some dealership dont take your issue seriously until you file a complaint ....not like tata they didnt even reply your emails.....
