What is a TAP (Tool Assisted Playthrough) or TAS (Tool Assisted Speedrun)? This website has a lot of information on that! Do note, however, that I am not a part of this group:

At long last, after quite some time since my Akuma Demo TAS, here's the real thing, the complete Akuma TAS!
This TAS took a while, all due to a combination of:
-Lack of free time
-Bit of laziness
-Priority on uploading other projects/video
Anyways, hope this first Akuma (Gouki) TAS I've done proves entertaining/interesting/not boring enough.
I'm calling this TAS video a TAP (Tool Assisted Playthrough/Playaround). The reason for this is, this TAS video is more of messing around with the enemy AI and exploiting their pattern of attack (AI continually blocking, trying to sweep with Down+HK, etc.), so yea. Still, I hope this TAS did well enough :P
And error1, if you're watching this, believe me, I TRIED to do the floating glitch with Akuma in this TAS, but it just would. not. work! I gave it a shot (About a day) until I gave up lol

Akuma vs. Zangief is already considered 10-0 Akuma, but 1:05-1:10 is just cruel.

There was once a fantastic story written about Akuma the world destroying monster...
...THIS IS NOT THIS STORY!
Based on real life events, these events are totally fictional and any likeness to the actual people in this true story is completely coincidental. Do not read this unless you are below or above the age of 18 or older.
There was once a demon so powerful, that he desired to destroy the world, yet he knew that he was the only one who could stop himself from doing so!
And as such the fight begins!
Akuma the evil demon beats himself down several times, and picks himself up then finally throws himself at a wall.
Luckily due to his misfortune he manages to get up without showing any signs of having caused significant damage to himself, he laughs "mwahahahaha I cannot stop myself from destroying the world AS ONLY I CAN DESTROY MYSELF MUAHAHAHA!!"
But then he jumps into the air and flying kicks himself in the chest... "NO! I MUST STOP MYSELF FROM DESTROYING THE WORLD IN THE NAME OF ITS DESTRUCTION!
He ends up charging one powerful projectile, using most of his force in order to create a projectile made out of pure energy in its projectile form which he aims at himself and lauches the projectile shaped projectile at the speed of light! He was lucky enough to unfortunately miss himself however as he was somehow able to take a step to the side!
Akuma decides it is time to use his final attack, he must destroy the world he desires to destroy, in order to destroy himself and save the world, and dramatic stuff like that!
He decides to charge his most powerful move, as he charges he stares at himself from afar in fear for several episodes in complete shock and disbelief, sweating and moving back and forth too scared to take a step to either side, as he stands still only focusing on his final deadly attack...
KAAAAAAAMEEEEEEEE... FUCK, SHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN GOOOOOOOKUUUUUUUUUUUUU! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIMEANSATSUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!
Akuma stares in disbelief, as he charges towards himself grabs himself and unleashes a dangerous move which destroys the soul of its enemy, but can also potentially end up destroying the soul of its user in the process!
Akuma able to destroy his own soul, falls to the ground, the world that he desires to destroy is finally safe thanks to his desire to stop himself from his desire! Akuma draws a hateful breath in relief, he has succeeded at failing, while failed at succeeding, the impossible is now possible, meaning it was never impossible to begin with...
...Or was it? The world might never know what it knows... Or something!
Akuma however gets up despite of his soul being destroyed because of the secret ancient technique known as "Bisondiditoo" decides to use his ultimate suicide evil move, known as the Perfect Hell Cell bomb, he laughs as he mocks himself for desiring to destroy the world by stopping himself from doing so, yet also fighting the urge to destroy himself by stopping himself to destroy the world!
Luckily Akuma manages to grab himself and shadow teleport a few steps away, as he explodes, he is finally able to stop himself from destroying the world, as his explosion destroys the world.
The destroyed world remains saved, finally whole safe and secure in the entirety of its destruction.
Yet in the distance looms a dark threat, remains of Akuma are awakening, regenerating, but luckily from the completely safe destroyed world, Akuma is ready to fight himself and destoy himself.
As such Akuma decides to continue training on top of the mountain tops at the top pf the mountains of the tallest mountains below,, as he will reach the level of Shin Akuma before the day that he returns in order to destroy the world, knowing that while he was before the only one capable of destroying himself, he is now the only one capable of himself destroy...
It is said that people worship the Devil God Deity Demon known as Shin Akuma, and consider him their protector, because only Shin Akuma can save them from the completely new and different being that will one day return...
.. SHIN GOUKI! AND HE HAS BROUGHT HIMSELF ALONG IN ORDER TO FIGHT HIMSELF! THIS WILL BE THE TRUE BATTLE WHICH WILL EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ONCE AND FOR ALL! WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?

The reason Akuma has no line of dialogue to say to the CPU's (Computer's) after he has defeated them is because he has killed them.
(Looks like Capcom is really sticking to their Akuma backstory)

This game, with all its character and music variations,plus violent ken and ryu, hd remixs soundtrack, plus new soundtrack combined with this games CPS1 CPS2 and arrangement and multiple graphical styles, plus choice on the type of mechanic fixes used, would have made Ultra Street Fighter 2 worth it

It took about a month, as when I had time to work on this TAS, I could only work on it for about an hour or so.

Nope, this is just a TAS (Tool Assisted Speedrun).
I slow down the game to frame-by-frame, and save at whatever frames I want and execute attacks/grabs/jumps at moments where it would seem impossible to not get hit/avoid/etc.
No cheating/hacks involved, I just kept saving/retrying at each frame/moment where I attacked/jump, and if it worked, I kept on moving forward; If I got hit, I loaded my last saved point, and tried another method/move/jump timing.
But how do you control the 2 akumas in the versus mode at the same time with this system you explained?

For those combos you suggested, I think I can make them work, but also some combos in Leandroff's and Your's Akuma TASes don't work in this version (3 crouching LK -> Jump HK).
But I'll see what I can do :)
it doesn't look like the player is actually playing just watching , he is not entering those commands for akuma to do his special moves if he was we all do a slip at least once

@error00001 Yeah I know, but I've seen several TASes using TAP to stand for "Tool Assisted Playthrough/Playaround". I can't really call this one a TAS since I don't really strive for the best time in clearing the Arcade :P

By traditional, you mean a regular LP/MP/HP Shoryuken, or a classic combo (Jump HP -> Standing HP -> Uppercut)?

The only improvement I would like for this TAS to have is that you could have had the "New challenger" show up after the Akuma cutscene, instead of bothering with boss Akuma.
Superkidra Yeah, I'm trying to figure out ways to make future TAS/TAP videos a bit more entertaining (the 60 FPS feature on TH-cam will help out a fair bit :P ), but yeah, looking back at all my old TAS videos makes me see how often repetitive or dull the attacks are. Hopefully future stuff will be even more fun to watch!
Yeah I could have done that, but I wanted to surprise people who were thinking "Oh okay, he's about to finish the Akuma vs. Akuma fight, now the credits will roll", especially if they don't look at the length of the video :P
And that does sound cool, when I can, in my next Akuma TAS/TAP, I'll give it a go and see if it works!

so this is played on a pc ??? trying to understand where the programable controlls come in
+paulitanpaul4 The emulator is used that has built-in save states, re-recording and frame-by-frame slowdown. I don't use scripts or macros that do stuff for me (Punch for X frames, etc.), so I do the inputs manually at each frame. Contrary to popular belief, there isn't cheating involved, I just do the actions at a frame-by-frame basis (save first, though), do Y attack/action/jump/etc., and if that doesn't work out, reload the save and try something else. Technically, it's "possible" to do most of this stuff (make the AI jump/attack blindly, do a reversal at the last frame, etc.), but most are extremely hard to do in real-time (unless you're YuuVega, Nogouchi, Komoda, etc.)

esto es un TAS, que es basicamente el tipo jugando en emulador a velocodad mínima, no para mostrar habilidades ni darselas de pro, los TAS se usan como metodo de explotación, para mostrar jugabilidad en un nivel máximo.
