For people who don't know what a TAS (tool assisted speedrun/session) is basicly, playing the game frame by frame and being able to reload back to each frame to correct everysingle possible frame of action to make the best possible actions in those said frames, all those are recorded in a video file (game script) you can then replay the finished version and VOILA! :)

Although falling just short of being able to perform a raging demon, SF2 Turbo Akuma is arguably one the best of Akuma's released by Capcom in Street Fighter history. His speed and power is what SFV Akuma desperately needs, hence why I return to this video from time to time.
ST best videogame of all time and the last great SF game. It has a few cheap things in it, but overall the game was light years ahead and still holds up to pro play today. Would love to get the source code to this work of art!

did you play it from a PC ? and did you already set up for the special attack, example : just hit one keypad for uppercut ,telport etc sorry for my bad english
yes I played on PC. No I didn't use set up keys for special attacks. But it's a TAS (tool assisted) means that I used frame advance, slowdowns and savestates to avoid mistakes.
Best fighting game ever, never beaten, i find the last SF games so unappealing to the eyes, the graphics just dont look right, SF 2 looks perfect to me, no confusion with too many effects and not too many playable characters! 😀
That ending was a big SHIT! The creators of Hyper Street Fighter 2 don´t even create an ending story (animation) like all the other characters in the game have! For you the play with Akuma and winned all the fights by perfect! The Akuma just grabs the other Akuma and attacks the other one with a shoryuken and game ends without an animation ending story of the Akuma character! We Street Fight fans and players should write the Capcom company a letter or e-mail, that in that next Street Fighter game for Playstation 4 or Xbox One Akuma finally has an animation ending story!

TAS aside, this is how I used to play Akuma: super aggressive, super fast, and neither the AI, nor the players stood the slightest chance of defeating me. This replay brought back memories. And YES I used to be BETTER than this replay, for those who want to know. I am talking about the arcade using a joystick and 6 buttons. Amazing times...

it's because capcom made the AI unfair advantage. So if you're used to fighting humans it won't work with AI

Akuma uses voice clips from Zangief, Ryu, M.Bison/Vega, Sagat and T.Hawk. And his K.O. scream is the same as Ryu's.
K.O. scream is shared with Dhalsim as well.
