I love this kind of videos! I ended up myself adopting underpainting and translucent paints as my default process and I'm loving it! My minis just turn up better looking and faster that way.
The Orcs looks amazing both miniature and on your sketch book!Yeah, I rarely used dark brown colours for belts, wood, and old rust effects. It depends on what I'm painting? Thank you for explaining about glazes and washes.
Your channel is maybe my favorite painting channel. As a new painter,I still struggle with coffee stains. I think i use smaller brush than i should in sone areas but I am afraid it will leak in other areas which will be an issue
You can do it! You will eventually get used to how much paint you need to load on your brush and the size of the brush that you are most comfortable with. Cheers!
Solid video, Don. I appreciate your work and it’s a very good explanation. I’ve recently tried out some double slap chop plus, but I realize my initial tone was wrong which minimized the effect for me. Look forward to more!
Really nice video. Thanks man!
Glad you liked it! ☺️🎨🎨🎨
