I can get to the screen that says “Personal Info” but when I click on “Account Security” I keep getting sent to the login screen. I log in, go back to the “Personal Info” screen, then try to access “Account Security” and I get sent back to the login screen. Once in a while I can access the “Account Security” screen, which will have the words “This is how you log in now” (and another line which I’ve forgotten…), nothing at all about 2factor authentication, the rest of that part of the screen is blank. This has happened on my other devices as well, and I’ve changed browsers. When I have been able to access “Recent Activity”, I haven’t seen anything unusual. Any idea what’s going on?

I changed my password 14 hours ago but it seems the damage is done. my account did have 2sv but i didn't sign up for yahoo pro b4 Aug 31st and I think yahoo removed the 2sv... do you know if i will need to pay for the pro yahoo version to be protected? i can not get any help from yahoo customer service. I would truly appreciate any advice you may have. Thank you In 30 Minutes.
Hello, I checked all and looks good. But since I was hacked I have noticed to much spams and less email coming into my email. How do I now if a hacker forwarded my emails to him. Will appreciate a reply.
So I believe my yahoo is hacked, all of the spam emails I received are sent to an unknown gmail which I can’t understand how it’s getting to me. Then I stated to think that the hacker link my yahoo to there gmail, is that even possible? Cause now I’m receiving spam emails like crazy under there gmail.
I had already changed my password and deleted the unfamiliar App but I am still not receiving ANY emails to this email account. That question was not answered.
My mum's e-mail was hacked and her e-mails were being sent to her bin through a filter system making it appear as if she wasn't receiving any e-mails. They also used a fake e-mail (similar to her own) and pretended to be her, asking people (her contacts) to help her with Amazon Gift Cards. I'm assuming they got the contacts from her e-mail, but I'm no PC wizard (still don't know how they got access to the e-mail). So check your trash and spam folders to see if your e-mails are being sent there.

This video is so useless with a click bait title. If your yahoo email account is hack then this video is NOT to be relied upon because it is useless for an already hacked email account. Look for something else

My new password is livelaughlove4ever (since its not that) & I type in "hackers sentenced to 10yrs prison for cyber attacks" & . things like my girlfriend is mad at me becaise I beat the guy who stole my phone to a bloody pulp h he ended up dying types of shit just in case they see it- get scared & stop!

When I go to icon and account info it goes to my att billing acount...the recent activity panel does not come up.
How is it I have to change the password on the phone as well as the pc browser? Is it possible to have different passwords for each?

I don't think you need to sign up for Yahoo pro. TBH I would consider using a completely different provider like Google/Gmail.

Check your sent and trash folder for evidence. If not, and you followed the other steps I mentioned, the spam is probably due to something else.

Check your spam and trash. Is legit mail being sent there mistakenly? If so, mark real mail "not spam" and check your filters.
