We make them using dhall instead of patatoes . Dhall is soaked in water for about half an hour then remove water and blend 3/4 of dhall into a paste and mix with the rest and do the same as you did. we call them wade වඩේ. Love from Sri Lanka ❤😊

As a binder. You can soak ground flax seeds in water as an egg substitute. Use 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed to 2.5 tbsp of water (that equals one egg). Then…cook these in an air fryer with no oil and you have a perfectly healthy snack!!!
