Bxl Crit - in the Bois de la Cambre park - about 5 mintes from me! The road with the turn is also going to be part of stage 2 (the Team Time Trial stage) of this years Tour de France on July 7th (no, I didn't have to look that date up, and, YES I am excited!)

Forget what happend at home - that can be dealt with again - leave all on the road from the drop of the flag - The worse the conditions the better I go - Give me the rain and wind any day- Best of all look into a rivals eyes as you pass and smile ! The eyes are the window to a person's soul - you smile and totally wreck their confidence! It's flat from the line don't use the saddle for the first half lap !! Go and show em who's the boss !
First i hope all is well. Second isn't Keira dad kinda awesome. He seems that way from her videos she did with him. Third there is a phenomena i have noticed wen i was playing sports in Highschool when i felt crummy i had my best games as i just wanted to to get it all over with. That or i was thinking about how poor i felt and not about my own expectations of my preformance. Maybe its just getting out of your own head but i always did well when i felt off. Great results and i hope you feel better.

I am sure its stressful...we all deal with it at some point. some of us are simultaneously dealing w/ it... :) no :( 2. i like the plywood beds / headboards 3. whats not to like about duval on the shelf of the hotel? 4. friends dad...massage table. creepy or not? 5. friends dad...track standing. fucking awesome! 6. no better way to deal w/ stress than to empty the tank on the bike. 7. congrats on the successful race and the result.

HI! Ah thank you, really nice to hear that. Well yes, riding a fixed gear bike is very different because you can't stop pedalling and the geometry is usually pretty different too. Thanks so much x
