Just curious, what does westbay charge for the extended lanai and larger 18’ sliding glass doors? Would these be expensive upgrades to the base model virginia park?
Hey Hey! Copied and pasted from my rep…. Easy and quick answer… Virginia Park extended lanai is around $6-7k. 18’ slider is around $12-13k Long answer…. We don’t have any more “To Be Built” options in Triple Creek. We only have a few VPs left before we are sold out and we added those two options to all of them so done that math for them 😍 When do they want to meet with you and me? Let me know if we can help.
Wow! Almost a million dollars, after some pretty substantial price drops for either of these chicken coops! And I get to invite peepers into my backyard via the "Pathway." Imagine, you bought one of these in '22 or so, and paid, "PEAK," pricing. Now you get to see the newbies getting pretty deep discounts, (though nowhere near what they are going to be) but it only makes it clearer how underwater you are. Wrap that in a nice bow and stuff the tax and insurance bill into your stockings and wait for the next hurricane. Best yet, it's Riverview, the armpit of SW Florida. These places are worth maybe 400K.
Keep in mind these are the model homes with pools/spas. They have a couple of inventory homes for $200-250k less. You’ll always pay more for the model.
I feel like 600-700k would be reasonable for those but definitely not 900k-$1m but I suppose NY and CA money thinks they're a bargain still? Those are a lot of nice upgrades though.
