Ariana Alcantar there is no way that he would put this out there specially that he’s a celebrity trainer. Until you actually have a 1 on 1 conversation with him about your goals then you would not get that rate, this is also a lot of PT too. Rate varies on different people and different goals and timelines too but be prepared to spend a lot of money when getting a PT also make sure that they’re the right PT for you.
Ayesha Shahzad depending on your number 1 concerns. If you don’t wanna spend too much money then make sure you can afford the training that they provide. If you want a result that you’ll love then you look for a trainer who has given that to the people that they’ve been training. You look for one that fits what you’re looking for

letsgetreckless I think they’re using a band that’s made of a woven fabric instead of the typical elastic bands. I have one from MB Sling Shot (the grippy hip circle), and my friend has one from Grace Fit UK which are both 👌🏼
