Perfect, But signal level indicator (beep) doesn't proof dish ability to intensify microwave into LNB in right manner. Probably phase difference is more than acceptable values for DVB-S1 and S2 phase modulation error. Your method works for solar concentration, because the phase difference is not an important issue for heat generation. Offset dishes utilizes a part of a parabolic curve that is not at the origin of coordinate system.
I have no idea about satellite dishes, but this would be indeed an amazing solar concentrator. This contraption could be made in several parts, or a whole piece. Just for convenience. With a black pipe running right through the middle, or several high-concentration, water-cooled solar panels.
An interesting part of this design, is that you can keep everything extremely level (provided you level your table and the laser can dangle straight down from a rope). This means that you will have a much easier time using a very simple "tracking system." The one that is like a very long + and 4 light-sensor on each end. Provided you make them perfectly square, which shouldn't be hard with this flat system.
Of course you can use bigger mirrors, for the convenience, and have some kind of protection around this whole contraption.
Aluminum mirrors will probably be the best, and more affordable.

This is a great idea for sunlight since sunlight is not coherent, but I don't understand how it can work for satellite signals. RF is coherent and needs all of the resulting wavelets from each little reflector to reach the LNB in phase. With this flat dish, however, each circular ring of reflectors would have a different path length, and therefore a different phase. They need to be in phase to add to each other. The only rings that would be close to be in phase are the ones that are approximately one wavelength apart (176 cm at 1700 MHz). I just don't understand how it works for RF. What am I missing?
It is absolutely true that it does not matter if the sunlight is in phase
But this is not the case for RF waves
In fact, waves that are in phase and in line cause amplification in the receiver
And it is possible that it is created from all the mirrors or a part of them
And this should be obtained by various experiments, how much loss and non-correlated reflection we have

باید حتما ورقه ها از جنس استیل باشه؟ یا با همین ورق های فلزی 1 میل یا بیشتر هم میشه درست کرد؟

انتخاب استیل به خاطر تنظیم انعکاس با لیزر هست و درحقیقت هیچ فرقی با ورق آهنی ندارد

دوست عزیز این دیش تخت نسبت به دیش آقست معمولی ضعیف تر عمل میکنه چون برای ال ان بی باید امواج هم فاز و همسو ایجاد شود و برای ساخت آن باید دقت زیاد و سطح دیش بزرگتر باشد

درود. جناب مهندس بنده ورقه های استیل که داشتم اجبارا ،مربع به سایز متفاوت برش زدم مثلا یه تعداد ۳×۳ دارم و و تعدادی۴×۴ حالا میخواستم بپرسم الزاما باید حتما هم اندازه باشن؟در انعکاس دقیق امواج به سمت lnb دقیق عمل میکند؟ ممنون میشم راهنمایی بفرمایید. سپاسکذارمیشم

مشکلی ایجاد نمی کنه ولی هرچه ابعاد ورق کوچکتر باشه دقت بیشتر خواهد بود
و باید سعی کنید که ورق های استفاده شده روی هم سایه ایجاد نکنن
ضمنا سطح دیش را بزرگ بگیرید تا امواج تابیده شده به ال ان بی قوی تر باشه
