Yep, they always have 20% discount when a new legend skin is released in the past. I think they'll do the same thing for new legend skin. I think the discount applies for both 1 spin and 5 spins. The discount is for unlimited spins.
Oh, it's not the server. I already owned almost all the skins offered in new arrival. Once you own all the new skins, the old ones that you do not own will show up.
