Our caravan is at Primrose Valley near Filey. It is a Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 40ft x 12ft, 8 berth - 3 bedroom

Oh no, I can’t beleive that you arrived at your carrivan to find that amount missing...that’s so wrong. I hope the people will be billed for it. Ruby looked like she was having the best time. The grounds look amazing, looks like a great holiday site xx

If I had rented it out privately I would have not let it go but it’s out of my hands. If anything like tv had been stolen I would have reported it myself. I am just glad I have a repair/replace scheme with Haven xx

Thanks Hun. I have to just try not to stress. The past 12 months has been a life lesson in what really matters to me. Thankfully I can get over pinched quilts. They are complete scumbags though xx

Ahh such a lovely video, I'm on my night shifts watching on my break. You must try a bottle of 43. We got it in Palma airport and I think it has a lovely vanilla taste. Asda and Tesco sell it too. It's the original golden one. Amazon also sell it. Just thought I'd mentor with you saying you like the vanilla rum xxx

I wouldn't be as calm as you about people stealing or damaging my caravan Haven should bill them and pass their name around the other Haven camp sites for refusal of hire. Other than that I enjoyed the weekend with you . Ruby is so cute and It's lovely to see her enjoying herself you were lucky to eat your Fish and Chips without seagulls wanting them ha ha . I Can't play bingo I get all worked up with it have a lovely week take care xx

Ha that’s quite a drive from shaky wakey. Disgusting people can steal from others caravans .... god knows how thy fit it all in the car. Ours isn’t one of the cheaper rentals either, not that makes a difference, so it just beggars belief xx

I think the problem is it is such a large park that I doubt they even really know. Caravans are allocated on arrival. I suppose they would just deny it. If I was renting privately I would hold £100 security bond which they wouldn’t get back but Haven don’t do that. At least I get everything replaced easily and it means new quilts etc which is kind of nice. It’s just the fact that someone has so little respect for someone else’s belongings that gets my goat, but yes, at least we were able to have a nice time. Xxx

Thanks so much. I have had to learn to get over things like missing duvets etc. As long as there is no real damage I can still enjoy myself. I can’t believe what some people’s are like though, it’s shocking xx
We returned from our break at Primrose last week....I was wondering what the upstairs part was in the Showbar but now it makes sense, I'm assuming its an owners only part?

We let haven use our caravan so we have no idea who goes in it. I really think people think haven own the caravans and not people. Xxx

Blimey! What miserable gits pinching your stuff like that! I hope Haven can find out who they were - I know they are replacing the stolen stuff, but it'd be awful if they did it again another time, so if Haven can find them they could at least ban them from ever returning! x
I doubt Haven are that bothered which isn’t good. When I’m back and have more time I might chat about it with the general manager xx
