Storm 1 had a lot more details than the rest. It had special “cinematographic” punches, you had the opportunity to cut off your opponent's ultimate jutsu, you could fight on the walls, and the best of all: you had jutsu clashes
The reason guy can go through almighty push is stated by Madara. He bends space using the technique, which is kind of how almighty push works. Almighty push is reversing gravity around you to push everything away. Your own mass works against you, but with the 8th gate Guy hits so hard he is warping space around him, cancelling it out. Basically, he is hitting so hard that he is more powerful than pain's ability to reverse gravity (at least with that basic version of the attack). It's like a super rocket having its own gravity that overrides pains gravitational push. So, 8th gate Guy is stronger than Pains gravity bubble :D So in theory getting hit by 8th gate feels like getting beat by a even more powerful almighty push!
While I agree this is a good explanation why Night Guy can break through Almighty Push. Almighty Push and Universal Pull are not gravity based they're basically electromagnetism but without the electric stuff just the attraction and repulsion. Gravity only attracts it never repels Planetary Devastation is definitely gravity though.

Pain controls gravity so reversing it is basically pulling you another direction. You could also just say he’s magnetizing everything around him and uses that to push things. In Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, Sasori's chakra kunais made significantly more damage compared to any other character. The amount of damage Was later reduced in later games.
There was a thing for puppet players. If I remember correctly if your puppet get damaged and lay on the ground you hold block and press the throw kunai button and move then your puppet stand up immediately. It only works in storm games which doesn’t have the counter.
There are quite a few attacks that can bypass or clash with Almighty Push. Sasuke's Kirin, Kakashi's Kamui, Yamato's Ultimate and I think Scientific Ninja Tool Boruto's tilt attack (the lightning one specifically) to name a few. Also, Water-style jutsus are also powered-up on water in STORM 4. A few more details: PTS Naruto's Armor Break causes a hole to appear in his jacket, just like after Sasuke lands a chidori on him at Valley of the End. Like Karin, PTS Hinata has a unique Ultimate Jutsu animation vs PTS Naruto. Same with Kushina and Minato. Despite side combos being removed in Generations, Naruto's Kyuubi Chakra Mode (KCM1) awakening still had a fourth side combo in STORM Generations and 3. On top of this, KCM Naruto had multiple air combos (neutral/down/side/up, just like ground combos) and is the only character in the series to have more than one air combo. Itachi's Susano'o (Not Perfect Susano'o - the base Susano'o) is the only giant awakening to have more than one ground combo (he has an up combo). Tobi and Rock Lee have unique animations that most players don't notice in normal gameplay. Tobi has two. First, if you ninja-move forward twice, tobi will do a forward roll. If you stop ninja-moving after this and don't do anything else, tobi will strike a pose. Unfortunately I don't remember the EXACT attack that causes the second one, but during one of his attack animations, if you stop attacking, Tobi will strike another pose and a sparkle sound effect will play. Rock Lee has one, and is the only character in the series to have a missable animation that can deal damage. During his down combo, Rock Lee will spin on his hand to perform several kicks. If you don't input the next attack, Rock lee will dismount from his handstand, causing very minor damage as he flips in the air. If you press the Chakra button in mid-air, most characters will bounce upwards very slightly. If you do this at the right time with Tobi, he will glide significantly higher in the air. This only happens if you jump whilst moving, causing Tobi to use his Akatsuki cloak as make-shift wings. When at low health, some characters will change their facial expression. If I remember correctly, PTS Rock Lee's eye becomes swollen too. And finally, a few details about Guy's STORM 1 ultimate jutsu, which I believe is the most interesting ultimate from a mechanical standpoint: 1. Pretty sure it does the most damage on miss, since you still get all but the last hit. 2. funny cossack dance xd 3. It's the only ultimate that fails as a result of the character performing the jutsu, as opposed to the victim avoiding it. 4. Guy actually only visibly does 32 pushups, going frame-by-frame. 5. The hit counter used in the ultimate is of course not the actual mechanic hitcounter the engine uses, hence why it shows 99 hits even though there was actually only 32 hits. Additionally, regardless of your system language, the fake hit counter will always be in Japanese. 6. At the end, the opponent looks bewildered and I would be too if a grown man with a bowlcut in green spandex just gave me 99 (or even just 32) aggressive smooches to my butthole before dancing away whilst crying.
What game are you referring to when you say that itachi has more than one susanoo? Because in storm 4 he only has the perfect one unless I'm missing something

If u awaken itachi in storm 1 he will have his tsukuyomi effect for like 10s but if u awaken and do the ultimate the awakening will go away same as deidara in storm revolution where when u use the dragon as a bomb the awakening will go away
Never played Storm 1 but after watching some of the details from Storm 1 i realized that Storm 1 is still following the path of the classic Ultimate Ninja series in PS2, the jutsu clashes, the ultimate jutsu cancel, the different winning dialog in awakening state; it was still made for fun, and now Storm series is just a milking factory, made solely for a cash grab.
In storm 1, if you enter awakened form with Kabuto, he'll regenerate health for the duration of the form and after a while you can re-enter the form regardless your amount of health.
Been seeing some videos over the last few months of little details in the dbz budokai and budokai tenkaichi series. And for me, I always equated ultimate ninja with budokai and Storm, with tenkaichi. So I'm happy to see these games had little details I mightve missed over the years.
Loved storm 1 all the details being removed make the other games Inferior in many ways. From the bigger jutsus like fireball to jiraiya's bring down the house summoning jutsu. Chidori was also very fast unlike the games following it. Sigh.

Gai is god tier. This is the same dude that made Madara shit in his pants and almost killed him. Madara got saved by the plot as Gai isn't a MC to take the win.
One of my favourites, is if you use pre-Shippuuden Hinata's Ultimate on pre-Shippuuden Naruto, she lands on top of him, realizes, blushes and, jumps off him in a panick.
in storm 1,3, and 4 At the end of Hinata's UJ cutscene, after the she's sitting on the unconscious victim's lap and says "I can do it too" cuz Hinata has zero self-esteem. But if she uses her UJ on Naruto, after saying "I can do it too" she looks down and realizes she's sitting on Naruto's lap. The screen turns pink as she becomes flustered and quickly jumps up, then looks down to make sure Naruto was still unconscious. It's kinda cursed making this kind of adult joke with freakin 12-year olds tho
There dialogues will change depending on the squad team (for example naruto is the leader, sasuke and sakura are supports, naruto will say a different dialogue)
In storm 1 if Hinata uses her ultimate on Naruto she blushes and runs as she realizes she's on top of him There's also a skin of Naruto in his pj's and when you use his ultimate you can see the shadow clones are asleep
With specific characters like Karin, they have different secret techniques/cut-in images. For example, Minato and Kushina, Kushina won't beat Minato up but says she's joking whereas, with the cut-in images, Minato says how he sometimes has to show style - "Sorry Kushina, sometimes, I have to show style." Other things such as Sasuke and Sarada or Naruto and Sasuke, Kakashi and Guy etc - the obvious pairings
In storm 1 sasuke's chidori in his ultimate attack will turn purple due to him activating the curse mark, it doesn't do that in other storm games nor his version when he battled gara .
In storm 3 amaterasu can pass through almighty push. Maybe it is unintention. Minato's shuriken when awakened can stop chakra dash. Which is too OP. And yellow masked man's ultimate can almost dash through every jutsu almost same with almighty push.

I always felt like Hiruzen’s ultimate made no sense lore wise because reaper death seal would kill him if he used it, so I was very happy when they added 5 style: massive combo jutsu cause it looks arguably cooler and makes more sense lore wise

2 things that suck about Naruto games is number 1: you can't have an awakening and ultimate attack at the same time. It's like playing Dragon ball z and not being able to go super saiyan and performing the spirit bomb at the same time. 2. No beam clashes.
In storm 4, water main ninja can pick water dragon jutsu, just like many other fire using ninja can pick normal fireball jutsu . However in all these waterdragon jutsu, Zabuza's water dragon looks much bigger.
A pity that with the passing of the games, it ends up losing many cool details. One thing I noticed and that bothers me is that in Naruto Storm 1, 2 and Generations , the jutsu were made right there, realistically and quickly.. over time, they began to exaggerate, even the scenery changes, giant explosions in the form of cinematics, some even with very long videos...Thus leaving the fights less dynamic. Naruto Sanin for example, the only video in the supreme Justsu is the explosion of the RasenShuriken, Sasuke only lowers his arm when using the Kirin
Longer Ultimates is something people have been begging for ever since Storm 1. It was one of the MANY things they cut to "make online more fun" in Storm 2, just like playing awakened characters from the get go or jutsu clashes. People didn't like these cuts.
Who cares about realism? It's an anime, with ninjas that have superpower abilities. If you wanted realism you shouldn't have played this game or even watched the anime in the first place.

Yagura shield can clash with shinra like shinra vs shinra If I recall correct, initially the shield is a water ball and anyway deals damage when touch before transforming in shield

What’s another cool but not cool detail is that in Ninja Storm 3, if you do a character’s ultimate, you are not required to mash or tornado spin the stick to win over the rock- paper- scissors qte.. and at the end of the ultimate, they cut the rest of the character’s additional saying or quote.. From the first game!

With specific characters like Karin, they have different secret techniques/cut-in images. For example, Minato and Kushina, Kushina won't beat Minato up but says she's joking whereas, with the cut-in images, Minato says how he sometimes has to show style - "Sorry Kushina, sometimes, I have to show style." Other things such as Sasuke and Sarada or Naruto and Sasuke, Kakashi and Guy etc - the obvious pairings

A really funny one is if you fail Guys Ultimate command prompt in Storm 1, he'll do a funny dance into the fight!
In storm 1 sasuke's chidori in his ultimate attack will turn purple due to him activating the curse mark, it doesn't do that in other storm games nor his version when he battled gara .

In storm 3 amaterasu can pass through almighty push. Maybe it is unintention. Minato's shuriken when awakened can stop chakra dash. Which is too OP. And yellow masked man's ultimate can almost dash through every jutsu almost same with almighty push.

🤮 nah f*ck the open world. There was absolutely nothing to do but play hide and seek and tree climb. Honestly the storm games were at there best when they removed free roam completely

If the first detail is true, then where the hades was Guy when Pain unleashed Almighty Push and destroyed Konoha? He could have been a major help and stopped Pain if he was there.

I always felt like Hiruzen’s ultimate made no sense lore wise because reaper death seal would kill him if he used it, so I was very happy when they added 5 style: massive combo jutsu cause it looks arguably cooler and makes more sense lore wise
Omggg they need to make the rest like this! Every character should have their own passive ability… like give us some mobile legends type of skill description and stuff
The other games might play smoother but one was the coolest of the series for sure

2 things that suck about Naruto games is number 1: you can't have an awakening and ultimate attack at the same time. It's like playing Dragon ball z and not being able to go super saiyan and performing the spirit bomb at the same time.
2. No beam clashes.
In storm 4, water main ninja can pick water dragon jutsu, just like many other fire using ninja can pick normal fireball jutsu . However in all these waterdragon jutsu, Zabuza's water dragon looks much bigger.
In Naruto Storm 1, Hinata's jutsu ends when she lands on the opponent. If she used it against Naruto she will blush and jump off him.😂❤

Storm 1 had alot of details compared to the others and they got removed. That was a criminal act in itself
A pity that with the passing of the games, it ends up losing many cool details. One thing I noticed and that bothers me is that in Naruto Storm 1, 2 and Generations , the jutsu were made right there, realistically and quickly.. over time, they began to exaggerate, even the scenery changes, giant explosions in the form of cinematics, some even with very long videos...Thus leaving the fights less dynamic. Naruto Sanin for example, the only video in the supreme Justsu is the explosion of the RasenShuriken, Sasuke only lowers his arm when using the Kirin
Longer Ultimates is something people have been begging for ever since Storm 1. It was one of the MANY things they cut to "make online more fun" in Storm 2, just like playing awakened characters from the get go or jutsu clashes. People didn't like these cuts.
Who cares about realism? It's an anime, with ninjas that have superpower abilities. If you wanted realism you shouldn't have played this game or even watched the anime in the first place.

Naruto storm 2 is the only series out of the Storm Sequel that has the original Naruto Shippuden Soundtrack - it’s when Sasuke is first exposed to his older brother, Itachi.

NUNS2 Kirin/Ultimate C. Spear with Akatsuki Itachi ATK support was the fucking nuts, think it was the only combo of characters in the game that killed from 1.5 bars iirc
Guy should’ve died to Madara or rather his 8 gates, it would’ve made sense according to what we know about the 8 gates and it would’ve given rock lee purpose in boruto as the one to surpass guy and eventually pass it on to his son metal
seeing as 8th gate gai would solo the akatsuki sounds about right

Night Guy did serious damage to bijuu madara so him able to take this makes sense to me

Why the graphics quality is in low like 30 fps or more low, it's disappoint this guy put the graphics low.

Yagura shield can clash with shinra like shinra vs shinra If I recall correct, initially the shield is a water ball and anyway deals damage when touch before transforming in shield

What’s another cool but not cool detail is that in Ninja Storm 3, if you do a character’s ultimate, you are not required to mash or tornado spin the stick to win over the rock- paper- scissors qte.. and at the end of the ultimate, they cut the rest of the character’s additional saying or quote.. From the first game!
