It would have been nice if there had been Unlimited versions of all the characters... Also, I've noticed that the character portraits do not glow like the boss versions do.
the reason is 'cuz they switches the characters, so gameplay are the unlimiteds, but externally are the same, that's why Ragna's big sword doesn't glows too
Apparently things didn't go as planned during development so they had to make the choice between making Unlimiteds for everyone or adding new characters.
Honestly, I kinda feel that Moment of Benevolence should've had that short a cast-time regularily... It already costs 100 Heat and is, in all honesty, slightly inferior to Hour of Nihility on account of the fact that you need to close the distance to your opponent before you can start laying the hurt on them, so the looong cast-time just feels egregious...
One new move I found to this day for Nine is 41236C which is another version of Navy Pressure. Instead of the slamming down a fist on the opponent, it summons one right in front of her that punches the opponent knocking them down to keep your distance away from the opponent.

Yeah, Den missed a lot of changes. Unlimited Ragna: -Gradual Heat gain. -Can triple jump/double airdash. -Airdash speed increased. -Overdrive effects are unknown. Unlimited Nine: -Amythest homes in on the opponent. -Citrine reflects all attacks, not just projectiles. -Heliodor lasts longer and blocks all types of attacks except for throws even when she's not attacking. -Celestite slows the opponent down, like Nu's and Lambda's Gravity Seed. -Mauvette Roar and Navy Pressure are much bigger. -Navy Pressure is able to hit at close range and also has a horizontal version. -Crimson Raider has the ability to move up and down. -Nine is able to cancel into just about anything after teleporting behind the opponent. -Seamoss Gate creates a spell in her Stock slot when she doesn't have one in her Active slot. -Flux Nurture doesn't consume or require a spell to activate. -Overdrive constantly gives her spell after spell in her Active slot. Unlimited Izanami: -Flaming Dome is instantly at maximum charge like you said. -Ghost Peak Strike is bigger, hits multiple times, and can be cancelled into a forward teleport. -Thunderbolt Lance can appear behind the opponent. -Distant Affection teleports forward before grabbing. -6D will auto correct it's direction toward the opponent before firing. -3D 2D 1D and 4D will move back towards their original location after reaching the edge of the stage. -Overdrive allows her to use her D moves without changing modes, 6D fires instantly, 3D 2D 1D and 4D home in on the opponent after travelling a short distance, and all of her D moves recover very fast.
Also, Unlimited Ragna's Exceed Accel does more damage than it does in this video. Normally it does 5874 damage in Active Flow and 3107 damage when not in Active Flow, so I don't know if Den reduced the damage on purpose or if it's something that just happened when they hacked it, which could also explain why his sword isn't flashing red. The fact that his EA does the most damage of all of the Unlimited characters could be what his Overdrive was meant to be used for, assuming that his OD does nothing by itself unlike the other two Unlimiteds. Maybe once Unlimited characters become playable (hopefully) in an upcoming patch they'll make his Overdrive do something if they haven't done that already.
can someone please tell me how to powerup the hellsfang than go into a devoured by darkness. also how does he inferno divider them all the way to the top? these are the only two things i dont know how to do with ragna so i would be grateful for help.
Those are 2 distortin moves called Darkness Fang and Inferno Eradicator that only Ragna's unlimited form can do. So I'm sorry but you can't use them unless you hack the game.

Miles Prower there is a way to force the game to activate bloodkain which is the glow but it requires hacking
