Being unkind doesn't help. If she's trying to escape a lifetime of coloring (which my 72 yo mom recently did) there's gonna be an anyways moment or two. AND, it's made more bearable by a flattering cut for your face and hair-type. Awkward, but manageable after 50 yrs of weirdo dyes is ALWAYS gonna be a minute. Why not celebrate the effort and end-goal instead of being a hater?
I think she looks very sophisticated. It shows off her beautiful eyes and accentuates her lovely bone structure.
