Danny immediately confirming he wasn’t going to tell anyone about his idol was a breath of fresh air (granted the beware idols necessitated telling people but still)
Randy getting blindsided in Gabon is still one of the most iconic tribals ever. Crystal's vote for him is still so freaking hilarious. Like that entire episode is a breath of fresh air.
i think everyone finding out that Jamie’s idol was fake was the most jaw dropping event for the PLAYERS, but since the audience knew the whole time, idk how jaw dropping it really was.
I will forever feel the best play is to tell NO ONE about an immunity idol you have. Better to surprise everyone and save yourself/an ally than risk someone telling others about your idol or getting knowledge is power. I'll admit there are rare times telling people can help like Tony or Yul, but usually the best play is to keep it to yourself. Russel's numerous ones, the one time Rob's cult would have turned on him he told them only then and plays it, Wentworth stopping 9 votes, Danny here is a good example.
The problem with that line of thinking is after you play the idol all of a sudden everyone’s aware you’ve been withholding information which could cost you a lot of trust with your allies
I love when Rupert hands Fairplay the shoes and he asks who's they are and Rupert says "pirated" and Fairplay just says "oh" with a smile and not another question lmao
The entire part when Shane jokes that he's going to kiII Courtney is just so much.. first of all.. Courtney's immediate response is not "you're saying you're going to kiII me?!" or anything along those lines.. shes offended that he called her apartment tiny or whatever lmao and then he starts screaming that she's too sensitive, when she didn't even respond to the killing part 😂 it cracks me up every time I see it
2 Denise Stapely in season 40: idoled out Sandra and was then idoled out at the second final 6 round by a joint effort of Tony, Natalie, and Ben. And Brandon in season 44 who idoled out Maddy and then was idoled out by Danny at the final 10
Rupert was awesome in his first season, but quickly became diminishing returns. He said he would lie, cheat and steal, but after Pearl Islands was ruined by his own personal hero complex. You can be honorable and a bastard at the same time, but he forgot that.
Honestly I always felt bad about the Randy fake idol thing.. it's one thing to do that out of strategy. But they literally did not need to do that at all lmao like that was 100% solely for the purpose of embarrassing randy and like getting his hopes up and being blindsided last second. It's cruel, even if it is Randy lol

Jason believing in the stick is WAY dumber than Erik giving up his necklace, and nothing can convince me otherwise

claire not participating in any challenge after the 1st one has to be jawdropping AF
SHE DIDN'T?!?!?!
Rupert embracing the pirate theme so early really set the tone for me as one of my favorite seasons. The charisma is truly powerful.
Danny playing the idol wasn’t the most surprising thing he did in 44. Farting during the challenge was the most surprising thing to happen all season.
Thinking his DeNiro impression was good was the number 2 most surprising thing when it came to Danny.
the irony of rupert being a troubled teen mentor is hilarious
woo picking out tony instead of chaos kass has to be one of the most jawdropping even my dad was telling me to turn off the tv lmfaooo

Go-to line whenever someone is anxious -
"Don't worry, it has a face on it"
Just what I want to hear as I am tucked into bed at night.
I love crystal when she votes for randy i find it funny every time
I find sugar's loser speech funnier but I agree Crystal's is brilliant as well.
FORGET YOU! GO HOME! GOODBYE!
It’s something that genuinely makes me laugh out loud every single time I hear it LOL
Gabon’s best season ever ! ❤
When Sami told the audience that he was 19 my jaw literally hit the floor.
Uh.. he's 22. Please be real.
That’s not the idol It’s a fucking stick
I know but it has a face on it don’t worry lmao
12:04 "there's my stealing" 😂😂😂😂
The way they got Randy was hilariously brilliant I couldn’t stop laughing along side Sugar.

“Who’s are these?” “Pirated!” “Ah!” 😂😂😂😂
Correction: Production took the FIRST brick of cocaine that Shane found off him.
I love this series! Keep up the great work 😊
They did try to give Shane another chance, but he was one of the players who was invited but didn't get voted in to the Second Chance season.
Jeff come on, that took hours to make
How many players have idoled someone out and then got idoled out later in the game?
2

Bruh I ain’t even excited for 45 😢
Now I want to re-watch Survivor Gabon, lol.
Ozzy creating that fake idol actually led to his own downfall. Once the ladies knew he had the real idol, his boot became top priority.
Rupert was awesome in his first season, but quickly became diminishing returns. He said he would lie, cheat and steal, but after Pearl Islands was ruined by his own personal hero complex. You can be honorable and a bastard at the same time, but he forgot that.
My jaw dropped when heathers rope didn’t break somehow…
(Fire making challenge)
zeke getting outed sa so jawdropping
What about when cirie tried playing someone else’s advantage
"IT was a stick... with a face on it...."
I saw the thumbnail and thought, "Why is Sugar with her hair like that and wearing a gray T-shirt so attractive?"

rupert pillaging wasn't jaw dropping. it was AWESOME!
I like Australia survivor
Why are you so obsessed with Gabon? It's kinda mid.
It's a good season, but I'm not obsessed.
@@OnceUponAnIsland ok. It's an honor to talk to you.
