- We install Millar Light Bars FX Extreme Whips on a 2018 Honda Pioneer 1k. We also compare them to the FX Extreme Twisted 5v whips.

Good info, thanks. I also tend to have a lot of wire around the garage but I "always" use red for hot and black for ground. Its easy to forget and if you sell the vehicle, will be a lot easier for the new owner if you use standard colors for wiring.
Not to be a downer but in the future when installing never use wire nuts and tape to connect wires! Wire strands will corrode when moisture gets in the wire nut from washing or the elements and you could get a bad connection. Atleast use butt connectors with marine heat shrink for a waterproof seal. Other than that great job!

Like the whips and I will be ordering a set soon, but I will tell you from my friends experiences. The light whips banging against the cage is going to annoy the hell out of you lol. Thanks for the video
Yea it will do that.. we got a thicker piece of foam and mounted between the roof and the whip and it makes it way better for the pioneer

We no longer have them but they are top notch and they have over 500 different patterns haha.

What's the difference in the twisted 5v and the twisted extreme?
The 5v pair is supposedly brighter and better quality set

How did you sync your remote to the 4’ twisted lights?! I cannot get my whips to sync
Hey RJ.. both of our sets were synced as soon as we powered them up and pressed the power button on the remote..
May need to contact Millar and let them know your having issues with syncing. They have Good customer service.
They normally respond pretty quick if you msg their Facebook page.
Or they may have a number you can call.
