Corn silk tea is very good for health, we make it slightly different : you put silk in cold water and heat it until it boils and then you leave it aside for some time. Silk can be dried too, for winter.
I see you eating fresh baby corn, I do the same and it's fantastic. Young cereals can be eaten fresh too, it's a medicine for body.

Please lovely lady see a thyroid doctor very soon. I remember a family member who had a goiter many years ago. They took small dosages of iodine supplement, and it went away.
