Since there's apparently no power coming from the power supply, what do you think is making the red LED flash..?

My first pin is showing 0 volts instead of 3.5 volts
And on the second pin voltage is fluctuating between 0 and 6.5 volts.
Fluctuations are in sync with the blinking of the red light. Please help

In my case I replaced psu board and the issue was still happening, so I came back to the original psu. So I gave it another shot and bought a second hand motherboard and replaced it. Evrything works fine. So 3 blinks doesn't mean that the psu is faulty, either psu or matherboard can be faulty.

Hi. Out of curiosity had you checked the psu output first to see if it was faulty or just assumed it was and replaced it? Got a similar issue my tv at the moment. Thanks

@@jamesrees4478 I was checking outputs but wasn't entirely sure what voltage should be ... they are labeled but not evrywhere. I checked parts at ebay and just tried as it was 50/50 ... in my case it was main board, not psu (the first shot)

@@andgoleczka I bought a PSU and in fact I still have the red blinking leds. I will try the MB, as happened to you.
