- Emmanuel Wanyonyi, born on August 1, 2004, is a Kenyan middle-distance runner specializing in the 800 meters. At just 20 years old, he claimed the gold medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics with a personal best time of 1:41.19, making him the third-fastest man in history at this distance, following Wilson Kipketer and David Rudisha.
