Kinda similar to Green Goblins reaction like “I don’t want to help but I might as well just so I’m not in prison.” Maybe Doc isn’t a villain after all? Also, Nick has some serious confidence letting venom come with them and not just leave him behind like Spidey wanted to do originally. Imagine if venom did actually end up eating them as he said he would instead of help track down Mysterio
