This is truly Ivan's era. When I say he _understands_ the assignment I mean he understands his character Ivan, the assignment given, on such deep levels as if he truly is the character Ivan. He knows Ivan through and through, being Ivan has become second nature to him. Every single expression _is_ Ivan and representative of Ivan. Just like how every stage will not have the same outfits, the character Ivan does not have only one side to him. From the song lyrics, we can see that Ivan struggles with many thoughts among other things and Ivan, being a good developed character, is not 2-dimensional. He has many sides to him and the purpose of different styled stages is to portray the different sides and feelings of Ivan. Now that's not to say the other members don't understand their individual concepts just as well. They all express their character's identity in very subtle but effective ways in their performances; you don't notice the subtle behaviours and actions but it _still_ has an effect on you. The best and one of my most favorite examples to use of this is Louis. Although we haven't reached his ers yet and learned about his character, we can already tell that his character will be elegant, expressive and artistic simply by the way Louis moves when he dances. He dances with this grace, almost the grace of a ballet dancer. Which makes sense because King Louis XIV _is_ famed for ballets.
I totally agree. And with this comeback especially, I think we've seen that elegance of movement that Louis has. It's especially noticeable at the 0:52-0:54 mark. So pretty.
this is such a nice analysis, i just LOVE the way they portray their characters on stage. that’s also such a cool observation on louis, his elegant style fits so well into his character!!
@@TrishMilburn EXACTLY for Excalibur and Karma it wasn't placed at the forefront like it was this era but im so glad it was! He moves so beautifully almost like a trained ballet dancer and it only makes him feel even more like a Louis

THE BLONDE IN IVAN IS VERY BEAUTIFUL, AND THAT FOR THIS ERA THEY DECIDED TO USE TWO TYPES OF TONALITIES IN HIS HAIR FOR THE COCEPTS IT WAS THE BEST, I LOVE HOW HIS BLONDE LOOKS WITH THESE WHITE DRESSES, THE FATE VERSION IS VERY SUPERIOR.
