When people say nobody is doing it like their fave, they mean Kingdom. NOBODY IS DOING IT LIKE KINGDOM! I am in awe. This concept is so refreshing and they are pulling it off effortlessly. Highest of praises to GF Entertainment for putting together another amazing performance. The costumes, makeup, stage set up, choreography; everything is immaculate. Special shoutout to the choreographers and the dancers because they have seriously stepped it up from the debut as well. This is the coolest thing I have seen in quite some time in kpop.
I would say VIXX was the blueprint. It's probably why I like Kingdom as much as I do.
@@Imold498 I don't think so, VIXX did really amazing with their dark concepts, but i agree with brittany they doing something was lost in kpop for quite some time, i feel refreshed seeing this beautiful performance

@@Imold498 Please, I sobbed hard when I heard this "shangri-la" part, yet I wouldnt'y say it's a 'blueprint'. Vixx obviously are known for various concepts, mostly dark, and they will remain as the concept kings forever. Kingdom from what I see are already created to show differentiate styles and concepts as well. And it's not like they are first from kpop groups to show a korean/east asian culture in the performance. Look at topp dogg's arario, oneus' lit, favorite boys by a.c.e. I'm not attacking (just to say) I'm an old starlight and I respect vixx the highest and I love when newer groups are covering them (like the boyz's shangri la performance from road to kingdom or a.c.e's on and on cover special, which I recommend a lot if sb doesn't know it) but I enjoy when groups are brave enough to express their own culture in music. Sorry for long comment, I just don't want to create an image of kingdom as a copycats or sth. They were already attacked by antis for their group name "kingdom" because of the M**t program... I love that after vixx I can be a stan of another concepts princes like oneus and now kingdom ^^
As someone who used to do Traditional Chinese dancing and used lots of long fan props, this makes me super nostalgic! The long fans have always been super pretty and it really makes me wish I had a fan of my own :c
I especially love how they fused the traditional Chinese concept with modern pop styles, making an interesting comeback. STAN KINGDOM
I really loved the fans as well! It was so pretty to watch them swish and be used multiple ways throughout the choreography.
@@bunbun25055 They have done work very well, because this kind fan is especially used in chinese tradional style dance. Like they have done research that what kind props chinese dance use and using it with chinese theme kingdom, even mv costume have many elements of chinese dranma etc.

Standarts have become so high, like, even seasoned groups would turn up with stages like these on the big year end shows at most, yet a ROOKIE GROUP is doing it for some simple weekend music show for free?? What???
And it's so beautiful and gorgeous, I really feel the need to pay them for it, to compensate a little bit all the hard work that they and their team put into this.

I like how the background is relatively simple, and the artistry is shown through the costumes, the props, the styling, and the performance. (The lighting and cameras are also incredibly well-planned!)

I don't know if each and every scene of this MV matches the ancient and modern Chinese traditions or not. I love this comeback so much. I really like this sequence. Their concepts are so flawless. The last part of the MV is so sick. Ivan looks great. It looks so realistic with the huge snowy mountain and what not. Amazing!

The major improvement that they've shown after only a few months, as a kingmaker I knew that they were extremely capable and talented idols but I could have never seen an improvement of this caliber coming. This isn't the performance of a recently debuted group, they've far exceeded that.

@@uvulatrachea3888 so far they only have this album and their previous album, based around member arthur and his concept. both albums are AMAZING in my opinion and my favorite songs out of their discographies are warning (from this album) and X (from their previous album) u can check out the albums urself and pick ur favorites

This is exactly my first thought when I saw Chiwoo's playing and this feeling hit me like a train
yes.. even the tassel hanging with it quite similar to chen qing's 🥰 and i am enjoying it eo much. A korean group incorporating chinese elements. turned out great.
I also think that this group incorporates a lot of traditional Chinese elements, but they don't acknowledge it, which leads a lot of fans to think that all the elements are from Korean traditional culture.

Es que qué decir de estos chicos? Faltan las palabras, provocan tantas emociones que no hay como expresarlas en su totalidad... Es increíble el nivel de detalle y la creatividad que tienen todos los que han trabajado en este comeback, l maquillaje, la ropa, la coreogrfia, los elementos usados, ese detalle al final cuando levantan a Chiwoo me encanta!!! Y el inicio cuando toca la flauta es simplemente hermoso!
Esta presentación explica a la prfccion pq me gusta el Kpop y qué es lo que espero del género: presentaciones bellas y ricas en el sentido artìstico y algo que me deje sin palabras! Kingdom es ESE GRUPO y no veo la hora en que mas personas los conozcan pq es que se mueren de lo rico que es el grupo en todos los aspectos!

Sempre acho q a pessoa q é a principal do Álbum, aparece menos, seja na apresentação ou cantando, na era do Arthur no MV ele até apareceu bastante mas pra mim quem teve mais destaque foi o Dann já nessa era o Chiwoo teve pouca presença de palco. Mas não tô reclamando é só uma coisa q eu notei.

After seeing some live stage on other music shows, I realized that this is the only one that shows full of the song without being cut like the other :)))
The Show also gave them the full song. It's my second favorite performance from them.
