Not sailed the 7 but suffice to say they are very similar boats. What really makes the difference is the people to sail with and the events to sail at. And the standard in the mustos is generally very high which is great for learning some sailing! (Annoying when you lose though, I don't tend to make videos of those races ;)

Head mounted, otherwise you'd just see the sky!
