- Hi everyone! Esosa and Özlem back again with another video. This time we aren't reacting to a MV. We are finally getting to know Dreamcatcher. Özlem, like always, knows more about the group than Esosa but the results stay the same. We both fell hard for these girls. A video made by multi serendipity gave us the opportunity to get the girls a little better than just watching the MV. Oh boy, we are ABSOLUTELY looking forward to seeing more and more from this girls. Through performances, vlogs, variety shows, their MV's, etc.
We want to thank INSOMNIAS for helping us with the details with this amazing group. We have so much more to learn and it's so cool! We can't wait to get more recommendations of other videos outside of their MV's. We will react to their other videos too. Insomnias already know what it is but new viewers will understand through watching this video as well. These girls really are it and please don't sleep on them. We already made the mistake and we will continue to tell you why you shouldn't.

Well, technically, you don't pick a bias, a bias picks you! Back in February 2017, SuA got me wrapped around her little finger... been her loyal follower since then... But I must admit that back then there wasn't as much material... so it was maybe easier to be grabbed...

We should be seeing Handong pretty soon. She is back in South Korea now and has about a week left in quarantine before she rejoins the other members. Many tears will be shed, since she's been in China for about a year. She got caught up in the pandemic when all entry into Korea from China was banned.
A good way to approach Dreamcatcher is to watch their title track MV's in the order they were released starting with Chase Me, their debut song. This is because the first six title tracks have a continuing story based on a nightmare theme. In order Chase Me, Good Night, Fly High (prequel to Chase Me), You and I, What, and Piri. Their Japanese release, Breaking Out, is also part of the nightmare story. Some people consider Piri to be the finale and others prefer Breaking Out. Deja Vu and R.o.S.E. Blue are both standalone story MV's made for two different mobile game companies. The new story line consists of 3 MV's, Scream, Boca and their next comeback. After that you can dive into their many B-Sides, special clips, Vlogs etc.

I can’t pick a bias either. If I could pick a duo bias it would be Sua and Siyeon coz they’re always the funniest when they’re together. But narrowing it down to 1 person, it could be literally anyone in the group, they’re all so dope.
when they were dancing outside it's because a lot of smaller labels promote by busking, they do it live and livestream it to help promote their music to as big an audience as they can for low cost
After 3 years I finally landed on Jiu as my bias. Her position is very tenuous. LOL They are all gorgeous and really talented. They all get along so well, too. They are so genuine.
If you love leaders, you're gonna love Jiu she's one of the best leaders I've seen tbh which is a big reason why she's my bias, along with her duality.

Boca is my first ever Dreamcatcher song that I listened to and Dami rap part.. i played that part countless of times it just so iconic and the voice effect and the beat 🤯 but after Dami part which is JiU part.. i was fcking mindblown by her charismatic visual while walking towards the camera and the voice at the same time is just so heavenly angelic ✨ than i got mind blown with Vision next and JiU "not for me" part got me.. but overall every song from them is so iconic & legendary & heavy.
You should watch "this is___" series by insomnicsy, its a little introduction to the members, the order of the videos is jiu, sua, siyeon, handong, yoohyeon, dami and gahyeon :D

Not only is they a blast on screen but at their concert it was a blast too. I got to take a group photo with them and i made a hand heart with Yoohyeon. I don’t remember this guide but I’ve seen every clip shown. But it’s so rushed it felt like an adrenaline shot every time the next scene came on and I’m not mad at all. They have all the MVs (with storylines!!!) but also the Special clips for some of their B-sides (they are allllllll great and show the huge versatility the queens have). There are obviously all the covers they did cool ones like BIGBANG "BANG BANG BANG", Imagine Dragon "Believer" (btw the Dami clip while dancing to it was a busking in a mall in South Korea), Marron Five "Lucky Star", dance cover to boy group dances (BTS, EXO, MonstaX, etc...) but also sexy ones like: "Havanna", "Copycat", "Taki Taki" (all three were choreographed by SuA our main dancer), "Troublemaker", "Full Moon" (Sunmi), etc... Speaking of dances, you should check their dance practices (their intro, pictures and formations are crazy) and their M2 relay dances, especially the recent cover of the iconic "Abracadabra" (by a 2nd gen girl group Brown Eyed Girls). 🤯🤯🤯 You will be slayed and we will be again... 👻
And this is not all! There are soooooooooooo many of their crazy/dorky/cute videos you will have to check as well. Welcome to our cult hahaha. Thank you so much for reacting to our girls! After the title tracks I recommend their b-sides as well! Black or White and Red Sun are iconic. DC released a lot of videos for their B-sides (special clips)!
The members also do a lot of covers and have their own special clips! DC usually changes up the original to a more rock sound which is really cool.
Dreamcatcher do these self-made MV which shows their crackhead sides. They also made a parody of "world of the married" - self produced right to the BGM haha. I'm telling you Dreamcatcher has amazing attention to details even if they're just clowning.

Just to let you know: In kpop, oftentimes most rappers can actually sing as well because companies have a certain skill standard that needs to be met. You can train someone to rap but it is a lot harder to train someone to sing, so they often require that those who audition can also sing.

ALL of Dreamcatcher's dance practice videos (as content for you girls to react to soon :)) including but not limited to yes that 1 "dance practice 03" ;))) Beyonce - Partition, are awesome and a definite eye opener. Their own choreos for their own songs are actually >a lot harder< so whatever "covers" that they did whether if it's choreo'ed by queen Sua herself or unchanged, those are relatively "easy" for them by comparison.
And yes they're all unbelievably talented; ALL are capable singers (react to BOCA live Esquire Korea for the absolute proof and then their SPECIAL Chase Me to BOCA 35 minutes live stage compilation video), Sua herself rapped in Good Night and don't know if you noticed but Yoohyeon that lead vocalist are also "centered" in a lot of their choreos (very capable dancer) a deserving addition to their "dance line".
The new definition in the dictionary for "grossly underrated" is Dreamcatcher.

Dami got my attention first via Boca rap since that was the first song I heard/watched. Then over the course of 5 songs- Scream, Deja Vu, Good Night, You and I and Piri; Siyeon was fighting for bias spot too. So when blonde Siyeon showed up in Piri I was “ok. Fine. I will make an exception and have two biases. Dami and Siyeon” SuA sis my primary bias wrecker then JiU.. though they all wreck me to various degrees depending on the video.. I have my favorite looks for all of them. I love my chaotic crackheads. And that they cover so many genres in the official tracks or covers.
