Often times, the PhD students are seen working late hours in the lab and on weekends. Although it makes sense to work like that in some special experimental scenario or a point in your tenure, normalization of this behavior is dangerous for short-term and long-term standpoint. In this video, I will be discussing what should be a balance way to pursue PhD and be a marathon runner in the scientific journey, and not a sprinter one!
