very true, I sell plus and regular sizes. and I do sets. So that red dress for example I might put a printed light weight long cardigan with it and sell it together which I find makes them take the accessories too🤷🏾♀️. I mix and match from store to store.

This video is great! What I would have added also are the shipping costs (if you're wanting to provide free shipping for customers), especially for those that are solely based online. So if you're buying an item for $12, and shipping would be $5-$8, then the actual COGS (cost of goods sold) would be close to $18-$20, so then you'd have to price your products accordingly. If you're not based online and are a physical store, then the cost of rent should be applied to the COGS too. Not the whole thing, but a part of it because you want to have that security that you'll be able to pay rent each month!

I LOVE IT, THE WAY I DO MINES IS I HAVE A PRIVATE LABEL SET UP WITH THE WHOLESALER. THEN MARKET THE ITEM ON WHAT EVER PLATFORM, MAKE THE SALE AND HAVE IT DROP SHIPPED. YOU ALSO CAN HAVE THE WHOLESALER PRIVATE LABEL FOR YOU, SHIP YOU THE ITEM AND YOU CAN SHIP IT IN YOUR CUTE LITTLE BAGS.
