I have heard many concert violinists (including Yehudi Menuhin) play this work by Mendelssohn and yours is the best and most inspired performance - it sounds incredible that I would say that but it is TRUE. Bravo Teo!!!
Dear Teo, This is the second performance of Mendelssohn's violin works that I have experienced by your musical expression. Apart from the occasional piece I hear on Classical Radio station, I have not known much of Mendelssohn's work before now; but I have a good ear and I know beauty when I hear it.
