i actualy work for a small bouncy house business and its surprisingly veeery competitive. back, way before i started working with my boss, he use to work in the Keys in Florida. one day after his delivery, he was supposed to pick it up and just couldnt find it. he asked the people who rented the bouncy house and they said he already picked it up even though he didnt. apparently, one of his competitors down in the keys just drove up, rolled up, colected, and drove off with HIS bouncy house and he still has no idea who took it.
Same as ice cream truck businesses and independent taxis too, they tend to have an area that they claim as their own and will chase off rivals, becoming violent even.
