Gaijin won't even admit that they have a cheating problem. You will get censored and even banned from their forum and Reddit for even bringing it up. So I'm not at all surprised that they won't make you a CC. Yeah player (customer) communications is probably the weakest aspect of Gaijin's biz management.
my theory is they are giving premiums to their outsourced programmers (read: employees) who also can use elevated user features such as auto aim, esp, wallhack etc. this would explain why obvious cheater has like $600 in premium vehicles and doesn't get banned

As someone in the CC program, you can barely contact anyone outside of the designated community managers for the program. Even if you're in it, you do not get the support avenues necessary to create a healthy community. I know many streamers who are constantly harassed and bullied by people who are actively breaking the terms of service inside War Thunder, yet Gaijin refuses to provide support even with the proof being shown. There's a whole toxic community dedicated to rage-baiting and TKing content creators. Gaijins is aware of those players and refuses to do anything. Gaijin needs to open up transparent communication with its community if it wants to thrive, yet it refuses to. They go the route of censorship and gaslighting to maintain their status quo. As long as people are spending money, they do not care. I;ve personally reported cheaters directly to gaijin through my contacts and haven't even recieved a confirmation email back.
Time for amother review bomb and boycott on gaijin. Opaque gaijin is scared of W.T.C.S. and actual players calling them out and speaking the truth. Dirty money cashflow or cashflow need to stop to end further corruption in what was a decent game, which is now poorly mismanaged and many players silenced in the gaijin forums. What's worse? Like you mentioned, cheaters left unbanned and selective banning! What is more corrupt? What is more opaque? What is more deliberately mismanaged? The Gremlin or gaijin?
I don't get those people, even if you can get accounts with Prem vehicles, it still costs money. I would be mad to cheat knowing I can lose it all. Those people are mentally not right. Also regarding ban waves and whatnot, if you go to their forums after they post their Fair Play reports, go read the comment section. For as many account banned, there are NEW ones popping straight after few days later. Those bans Gaijin gives DO NOT WORK.

Just to let you know it was not a Code dump from the Chinese it was that Gaijin Added a Screenshot Anti Cheat where in the middle of a game the Anti cheat will take a screenshot of your screen and it comes out Dirty with something that's not supposed to be there you will get ban in the next ban wave also this only happens when you are in game when it does this screenshot put now some providers are doing screenshot cleaner to remove the esp from the screenshot before it sent to Gaijin

I reported him 2 month ago, but he isn't banned. He was playing on AUF and shooting through all map obviously aiming through ground.
I am not a great player. I can live with dieing by CAS which in my opinion is to easy to get in RP Ground, however, getting killed from across the map and there is no legit way they could have seen me unless they were looking in that exact spot is getting old. Last night I peaked from a corner and was instantly killed from across the map. I think its time for a break
I will up that. i was stayin under a bridge with engine turned off. I was in my commander view, so the turret doesnt move. I started to hear an engine coming closer. It suddenly stopped. Reversed and holded right next to the corner which was my shooting blind spot. Interestingly i saw a T-Tank driving sideways already looking directly onto me. It didnt even try to MG me, it just directly shot me. This happened btw in Sim mode. Or the other time i saw a T-Tank in my commander view rushing the streets, i aimed at the exit so he would die. Well he drifted right into my direction after exiting and was already shooting me.
The fact that this day in age, with rampant cheating in EVERY game, devs don't have full teams of people that do nothing but investigate and ban people all day long. The reason they don't is because it costs them money to pay a team of people that they get no return on. Instead of just being a good company and doing it, unless they can make money on it they won't. The thing they don't realize is, people like me would spend more money on the game if I knew they took my time seriously and banned the hell out of the cheaters and kept the game clean.
Yeah he bought it with GE, as he doesn't seem to be playing for more than 2 months when it would take about 3 to get it for free with 20k RP every 3 days.
I don't think they will ever accept your requests because of this content. The only reason they haven't actively tried to strike you over it is because they didnt get away with it back in 2017 with Phly.

Cheater should be called cheater and not player.
CC's will get mad at you for bringing up cheaters. They basically defend it and say your coping etc. I've dealt with CC's being jerks about it
CCs just do not commonly mention it. And plenty have talked about cheating in their videos. Gaijin is much more relaxed about it
