Ingredients for bukhari rice;
Serving : 5 to 6 person
Chicken 900g
Basmati rice (long grain ) 3 cup
Oil 2 tblsp
Carrot 1 cup
Onion 1/2 cup
Raisins 2 tablespoon
Cumin 1 tsp
Black lemon 2
Cinnamon stick
Bay leaves 2
Cumin powder 1tsp
Arabic spices 1 tsp
Tomato juice 1/2 cup one medium tomato
Tomato paste 1 tblsp
Salt as needed
Grated carrots 2 tblsp
Water 6 cup(boiling )
Green chilli 2
