You would want to go with SP:FA, because it has more units and a different faction to play as: the Seraphim. You would want a decent PC. The game in its latter area of a match is very lagging.

there is your issue my friend, you have it on game setting of max, instead of custom max. which is your problem, Aliasing can screw your fps, and so can V-sync, so never use those. V-sync is only good if your frames go above your monitors refresh rate. Intel Pentium M Processor 2.13ghz with 1.25 GB of RAM, Ati Radeon Mobility X300 graphics, and i can play with no lag at all while recording most games, including Generals if i still had my disk.

Daniel Leiper HAARP is similar to what red alert 2 , allied superweapon which is weather control devices. That can easily make storm and lightning out from nowhere..
+sean mcknight I would recommend you make sure all old mod files were deleted before the you installed the new project raptor . If the problem still persists, i will download the mod and see if i can find the solution! It could also just be the mod itself?

who says it's the PC, lag comes from the CPU and graphics, if you are playing a game on low graphics, your problem WILL increase.
